In order to effectively respond to you, CCC&EEC will record this information for the purpose of providing our service to you. Information will be kept for up to 2 years (such as inquiries) however may be longer if required (such as waitlists where the family is not currently enrolled but has requested to remain on the waitlist). Information collected will be restricted to relevant employed individuals. Individuals who provide their information who are not enrolled at, or on the current waitlist for, CCC&EEC will have their information removed within a 2 year period.
Additional information of current and previous families of the Centre will be kept. For additional information regarding this, families are encouraged to review the Centre Record Keeping and Retention Policy. This policy is only available to families who are enrolled at the Service.
